Why is my mom's blood pressure reading...?

Went to doctor's today, my mom's blood pressue reads 170/80,she's be tested for so many things contained by this last year.None of the spealists that her regular doctor have sent her to can come up with anything thats out of the usual..
please can someone, anyone, tell me why she have had such nippy weight loss ,close to last december she weigh 120, when fegurary came she be down to 86 pounds, Believe me when I say shes have all test, incuding, mri's, bone scans, cat scan, mega blood work,bone marrow test', ect ect ct..Like I said so so many other test , she's 76 yrs old, and she have been diagnosed beside Rhematoid Arthritis.,Osteoperosis, Osteoarthritis, and shes so frail , due to her weight loss, she eat very economically ontop of this and as well drinks 3 to 4 can of ensure plus with extra calerioes ,Mom's surrounded by so much pain as economically, but gets anguish meds from the Rhematolisgt.
can anyone plz help us..

Does she transport Nexium or Prevacid for the acid reflux?
Has anyone thought of Monoclonal ParaProteinemia, or MGUS?
if she hasnt have one in the concluding year, i would honestly
see about doing a colonoscopy to detect for crohns, UC, or possibly colon cancer.
elder persons are alot more prone to these diseases and they shift undetected alot of the time.
it could also be pernicious anemia..where she cant engage vit b-12 or iron, which can make her lose shipment, be tired, pale..etc.
