Medical release for what?
Medical releases (for releasing medical info) must be signed by the merciful, unless the patient is unqualified to do so (due to age or other problems.) Then, the executor of the persons justification (or the parent) would sign the medical release.
Medical releases for something else (ie. going back to work, or participating contained by certain activities) would be signed by a doctor or grassland care facility staff contributor with a medical level.
The doctor
