Wellbutrin can causes heart rate to rise. It can also wreak you to feel shaky. You'll probably catch used to this, but you might not. Are you on the lowest dose? (150mg) If not, you might want to ask your doctor to put you on a lower dose for a few days. Wellbutrin is a great drug for some people, but seriously of people find it concrete to tolerate due to the side effects (such as you're experiencing).
Wellbutrin (Bupropion) is a selective catecholamine (norepinephrine and dopamine) reuptake inhibitor – used for the treatment of depression and sometimes smoking cessation. It can often filch a while for your body to get used to a latest medication. Some side effects may include headache, dry mouth, increased sweating, nausea/vomiting, constipation, anxiety, fatigue and blurred vision. You should give an account your doctor about any symptoms you experience especially change in counterweight, palpitations, and agitation. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any seizure.
