Will donating plasma moderate my cholesterol?

If so, any guess about how much? Will donating plasma moderate my cholesterol?
It could be possible, but i'd visualize there wouldn't be too much research on it. But plainly, when people donate blood they do say aloud it does lower your cholesterol. I'd imagine that donating plasma could, to an extent. It'd remove some of the cholesterol that's surrounded by the blood, since it is dissolved in the plasma(same for electrolytes, hormones, clotting factors).
Donating plasma does not trim down your cholesterol concentration. It sends out cholesterol, sugar, etc . But that is not of any use. You bring back benefit only if you can selectively donate cholesterol. That is ridiculous.
