i mean can we newly ask him and he'll agree or it must be a serious conditionWill the doctor agree to distribute the merciful for an ultrasound if we basically ask him?

If for a pregnancy, they are almost routine nowadays. Also for abundant other things, like followup on questionable mammograms or other womanly parts.
There should be some reason to hold it done, and if you're planning for insurance to pay for it, it's ethically mandatory for there to be a flawless reason.
The physician will want to do a history and physical first. No doctor will distribute off for a question paper without knowing something in the region of the patient.
