Will at hand be clubbing surrounded by methaemoglobinemia?
I don't think so... to develop clubbing take a long time... need to be hypoxemic for months (it take a minimum of 3 months for a nail to grow)... and we don't see clubbing until someone have long-standing pulmonary disease. I've never heard of methemoglobinemia one so chronic that it can cause that. But I'm not positive..
