An estrogren-progesterone birth control pill should be taken close to the same time every hours of daylight. A couple hours that you are referring too isn't that bad.
Half a hours of daylight, and then you are probably at a high risk. You can't take it at 8am in the future, 8pm the next daytime, 8pm the next daylight and 8am the fourth and expect the hormones to be consistent.

You should converse to your physician, but for most people it won't be a problem.
The gallbladder produces bile, which help to break down fats and craft them easier to absorb. If you enjoy no gallbladder AND are taking alli, you may not be able to hold your attention enough fat to remain healthy. That's the knob.
